Growing up can bring big feelings and complex changes that are sometimes hard to navigate alone. I provide a safe, gentle, and non-judgmental space where children and teenagers can explore their emotions at their own pace. With over a decade of experience working within schools across both teaching and mental health roles, I deeply understand the unique pressures young people face today. I am also a specialist in ADHD and Autism, meaning my practice is neuroaffirming, adaptable, and carefully tailored to support how different minds experience and process the world. Together, we work to ease anxiety, navigate school challenges, and build the confidence and resilience your child needs to thrive.
